PE Foam
Polycell's range of closed cell non-crosslinked PE Foam products are produced using low density Polyethylene resins with HCFC & CFC free gasses. Along with being a lightweight material, PE Foam is also non-abrasive and chemically inert, water resistant and environmentally 100% recyclable.
PE Foam's soft texture makes it the ideal packaging solution for highly polished surfaces as well as providing cushioning against shock for fragile items.
PE Foam is able to be slit and perforated to individual custom requirements and converted into bags and sheets.

Custom Printed Foam Rolls
With our in-house printing facility we are able to offer medium to high volume users of PE Foam the option of custom printing.

PE Foam plank
PE Foam planks are made up of thermolaminated layers and produced by non-polluting processes with out the use of flurocarbons. Outside the above thicknesses, PE Foam Plank is produced in sheet form and available in thicknesses from 15mm up to 50mm. Standard sheet sizes measure 1.1m (wide) x 1.8m (length) however can be produced in longer lengths if required.
