This process allows the Cast stretch film to have Extended Core Stretch Film excellent clarity, require less force to stretch, increased tear resistance, unwind quietly from machines, and offer a superior cling. Our range of uncoated direct thermal labels can be used in printers that have a ribbon, and those that don’t. Perforations between each label make them easy to tear if required. Following is a list of thickness and sizes we stock. Other sizes are available upon request. -

“Oxo” additives are blended into the polyethylene (PE) to manufacture the desired product. Degradation begins with a chemical process (oxidation), followed by a biological break-down process. These processes begin after a pre-determined timeframe, essentially meaning that at the point of manufacture, the degree of additive inclusion allows a programmed service life to be inbuilt.The initial oxidation process subsequently begins when this programmed life has been reached and the product is no longer required.This process continues until the material has degraded to nothing more than CO2, water, and biomass, which are totally assimilated back into the environment. Width of the roll is 500M. -

Polyprop strapping it is the least expensive and most common type of strapping used on the market. It also requires a smaller investment in tools compared to steel and polyester. Polyprop strapping normally has an embossed texture on its surface, which improves its holding ability in the seal or buckle.
