Soft, non-abrasive, lightweight polyethylene pouches provide an ideal way to protect ceramics, painted and powder coated metal finishes, quality plastic products and all other items requiring surface protection from marring and scratching while in transit. In StockPE Foam planks are made up of thermolaminated layers and produced by non-polluting processes with out the use of flurocarbons. Outside the above thicknesses, PE Foam Plank is produced in sheet form and available in thicknesses from 15mm up to 50mm. Standard sheet sizes measure 1.1m (wide) x 1.8m (length) however can be produced in longer lengths if required. Die cut & custom fabrication enables customers specialized packaging solutions for their expensive uniformed sized products through a stamping and gluing process. -
PE Foam rolls come in a variety of thickness giving customers a greater choice for their packaging requirements as the table below indicates.
PE Foam is able to be slit and perforated to individual custom requirements and converted into bags and sheets.

The Instapak® Pedestal Molding™ system, in conjunction with the Instapak® 900 Series hand-held foam dispensing system, allows customers to create cushions without limit to mold cavity depth or minimum wall thickness. The basic Instapak® Pedestal Molding™ system can be modified in different ways to produce molded cushions for a variety of applications. -
In StockProwrap is available in 2 individual grades and is produced as a high performance removal wrap. Prowrap 1: Prowrap 1 is laminated with a layer of absorbent PP material that protects furniture from moisture build up during long shipping cycles. The PROWRAP range is 100% recyclable. Prowrap 2: Prowrap 2 is laminated with the same layer of absorbent PP material on one side of the bubble along with a layer of PE film that is laminated to the other side of the bubble. As well as protection from moisture, PROWRAP 2 also offers superior tear and puncture resistance. The PROWRAP range is 100% recyclable. -
In StockStratocell® RC polyethylene foam contains a minimum of 65% recycled resin content with the same level of performance as the regular Stratocell® polyethylene foam. -
In StockFrom our traditional Bubblekraft to our 100% recyclable Prowrap range, we have an answer for all needs removal. All of our specialized removal wraps are produced from a tough 3 layered bubble construction and laminated with different sub-straits to meet individual customer requirements.
