In StockContinuous Heat Sealers: Continuous heat sealers are designed to speed up the packaging operation by staying at a constant temperature throughout their use so that the seal that is applied is consistent and correct for each and every pack. Some of our machines are called ‘Continuous Band Sealers’ - the band element is the conveyor mechanism built into the machine so that bags can be loaded individually and automatically sealed, landing on a conveyor or packing bench upon completion ready to be shipped. -
Stretch Wrap designed specifically to be applied manually is referred to as Hand Stretch Wrap. It is also referred to as hand film, hand wrap or manual pallet wrap. It is typically utilized in lower capacity packaging operations. However the efficiency of manual stretch wrap packaging should be regularly re-evaluated against potential benefits of upgrading to a machine wrapper. PE Foam planks are made up of thermolaminated layers and produced by non-polluting processes with out the use of flurocarbons. Outside the above thicknesses, PE Foam Plank is produced in sheet form and available in thicknesses from 15mm up to 50mm. Standard sheet sizes measure 1.1m (wide) x 1.8m (length) however can be produced in longer lengths if required. Die cut & custom fabrication enables customers specialized packaging solutions for their expensive uniformed sized products through a stamping and gluing process. -
